Happy provides various individual psychometric assessments: 15FQ+, 15FQ Emotional Intelligence and the Jung Type Indicator. We support the psychometric assessment with a coaching session or a series of sessions to help you to build a personalised programme that will guide your learning and growth.

Psychometric assessments can be for any professional wishing to understand better their core competences, who wish to build a personalised development plan, supported by coaching. It is particularly suited to people new to management positions, or for those who have more senior leadership roles, who are looking to maximise their potential.
They can be used as stand-alone development, but also align nicely with Happy’s range of leadership and management courses
Why coaching?
When you take a psychometric assessment, you will be accompanied by a qualified coach, who is accredited with the British Psychological Society for the use of such assessments. You can choose between one session, where the focus will be on drilling down into the key messages provided by the assessments, or a series of coaching sessions, where you can develop your professional competences, building on the messages coming from your assessment.

The 15FQ+ measures the fundamental building blocks of personality, providing insight into how people typically think, feel and interact in ways that may be productive or counter-productive for your organisation.
The 15FQ Emotional Intelligence report
The 15FQ Emotional Intelligence report is based on Daniel Goleman’s framework of Emotional Intelligence. It measures your personal and inter-personal competences that directly impact on your ability to work with others, and can highlight key development areas that will help you to enhance your management and leadership capabilities.
The Jung Type Indicator
The Jung Type Indicator is an alternative to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and assesses personality within Jung’s framework of Psychological Type. The tool helps you explore how your preferences influence how you relate to the world, and can provide you with key insights which can help you understand how you best work and relate to others. The tool measures you against 4 scales: Extraversion vs Introversion, Sensing vs Intuiting, Thinking vs Feeling and Judging vs Perceiving.

About your coach, Nick Jerome
Nick has been a facilitator with Happy for a number of years. He has a wealth of experience as a coach and facilitator with a particular focus on Leadership, Management and Soft Skills, and has worked across many sectors with managers at all levels and at different stages in their career.
Nick has an MBA and an MA in Coaching. He is also accredited with the British Psychological Society to deliver and provide feedback on a range of psychometric tests.
Nick can provide coaching and support for clients who wish to discover more about their perceived strengths and development areas, using appropriate psychometric tests.
