Our ranking, as number 33, was revealed at the prestigious UK’s Best Workplaces™ Awards at Grosvenor House in the heart of London, which are considered the ‘gold standard’ of employer awards. Independently assessed through a rigorous and unique process, those on the list have proved they have created a great workplace culture built on trust, supported by innovative people management practices.
Achieving our position in the small company category fills us with pride as we’re officially acknowledged for our commitment to inclusion, quality, and growth. Over the past year we have introduced numerous new policies including recently becoming 70% Employee Owned, so that our people are now the majority stakeholders of Happy.
To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces™ List, Great Place To Work® analysed confidential employee survey feedback on trust and reaching their full human potential, as well as employees’ experiences of innovation, company values, and leadership effectiveness across departments and seniority levels. They then used these data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies’ employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience. Only those businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
“At Great Place To Work® our mission is to help every workplace become a great place to work for all. We wholeheartedly endorse that what’s ‘better for business’ aligns with what’s ‘better for people,’ ultimately contributing to a better world For All™” said Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work® UK.
“Year after year, it’s truly inspiring to witness a growing number of organisations earn a spot on our UK’s Best Workplaces™ List. We’ve seen an increase yet again in Trust Index scores which means the bar has been raised and this accreditation is a significant and tremendous accomplishment. The UK’s Best Workplaces all excel in creating consistently great experiences for all employees through fostering high levels of trust, pride and camaraderie. These crucial elements collectively contribute to creating cultures where employees feel they can truly be themselves and thrive in a supportive and caring environment. Congratulations to Happy for achieving a place on our 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces™ List.”
This is the fourth year we have been featured in the UK’s UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2025 in a row! Last year, we were featured as the 13th Best Workplace, the 27th Best Workplaces for Development, the 1st Best Workplaces for Women and the Best Workplaces in Education and Training.
We’re so proud of this achievement and look forward to using the valuable insights Great Place To Work has provided us with to build on our culture and employee satisfaction.
