Happy has always been a place where women thrive in leadership roles, and our strategic leadership group is made up of more than 50% women. We were recognised as 1st in the 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™, based on our culture and values.
This success comes from our long-standing approach to flexible working (well before we joined the 4 Day Week movement), as well as a commitment to creating autonomy for each member of staff.
But we don’t always get it right – and we know that not everyone works in an environment where they are able to thrive. From micro-aggressions to more obvious exclusion and bullying, things are still not equal in the workplace for women.
In this one-hour session, we will facilitate an open and honest discussion of women’s experiences in the workplace, and what you can do. We will also discuss the challenges of Imposterism and how thoughts of ‘not being good enough’ can be crippling. We will explore how we can overcome these intrusive thoughts and how as female leaders we can bring out the best in each other.
