What’s Included in Room 5 – Joy?

  • Set up of the room in board room layout, with or without PCs (depending on your requirements).
  • Access to the room between 8am – 6pm.
  • Unlimited refreshments throughout the day (teas, coffee, fruit juice, biscuits and fresh fruit) from our café area.
  • Lunch is provided for all attendees (ordered in advance) – a delicious and nutritious individually portioned food bowl from local catering company Karma Cans.
  • Up to 10 PCs (if required).
  • A large HD TV, flipchart, and all basic stationery (highlighters, post-it notes, marker pens, etc).
  • A large whiteboard, perfect for brainstorming and workshop activities.

Up to 10 PCs, available with Office 2021 Desktop, Power BI Desktop and internet access. Custom software is available subject to approval from our IT support team for all rooms. Large widescreen HD TV.

  • Full-Day Hire (8 AM – 6 PM) starting from: £85 per person
  • Half-Day Hire, starting from: £60 per person

(All prices exclude VAT. Full-day bookings include a fresh, nutritious lunch from our catering partner, Karma Cans.)
